How can I help?

I can provide my expertise to support and empower you towards achieving your desired sleep goals. I use a variety of approaches, and look at finding one that best suits you and your little one's needs. I do not believe there is a clear right or wrong on how you choose to manage your families sleep and I treat all clients as individuals. I work on a basis that your goals are my goals, and if I think they are unrealistic I will offer you my evidenced based reason to explain why this may be.

Early riser or frequent wake ups?

​

I will review your little one over a 72 hour period to ascertain the likely causes for this, then educate and empower you to make positive changes.

​

Feeling alone in managing your little one's sleep?

​

I will help you learn how to break sleep associations, freeing you up so more individuals can be involved in the bedtime process.

Little one waking frequently for feeds and not sure how to manage?

​

I will help give you structure to your night with your ideal number of feeds,  included as part of your plan.

Feel afraid that after sleep training you will feel stuck in your own home for naps?

 

I believe that my support should help you to be flexible with daily life.  My approach promotes hybrid naps, so you feel able to cope on the go and in your own home whilst also benefiting from a full nights rest.

Do you just dread getting to your little one's bed time?

I will help you to find some enjoyment in this process, by supporting you to create a routine that is relaxing and promotes sleep, helping you to get your evenings back too!

There’s so much information online about infant sleep — it can feel completely overwhelming! I certainly felt that way when I first began researching and trying to find my own path as a new mum. Some advice was contradictory, and much of it felt unhelpful or irrelevant to my baby.

​

There are countless obstacles that can affect your little one’s sleep. Some are temporary and developmentally normal (you may have heard the term sleep regression), while others may benefit from expert guidance. As a parent, it can be hard to know what’s normal and what needs adjusting. If we work together, I’ll help you identify where positive changes can be made, and I’ll also highlight where time and patience — or outside support — might be most appropriate.

If you'd like support in reaching your family’s sleep goals, book your free 15-minute discovery call, and schdeule a time that suits you. If we decide to move forward with a consultation, I’ll send you a 3-day sleep diary  and a questionnaire to complete. It includes details about your baby’s sleep habits, duration and quality of sleep, feeding patterns, and daily activities. The more detail you can share, the better I can support you.

After reviewing the diary and questionnaire, we’ll have a full consultation call where we’ll discuss your goals and explore changes you’d like to make. I’ll then provide you with a personalised Sleep Support Plan — making it easy to follow each step.

I do recommend avoiding overnight travel during the consultation period, as consistency is key. And if your goals shift along the way? That’s completely okay — I’ll adapt the plan to suit your comfort and needs.
